If you wish, we can provide a video tour. We have found that a video tour increases the chance of a higher offer and in some cases reduces the burden of viewings if you are living in your home. So we include them as standard within all our listings.

NB We only provide links to virtual tours to buyers who have given us their details. We do not make virtual tours freely available due to security safeguards for vendor’s homes.  

Floor Plans

Floor plans help people visualise the property’s potential.

Alongside high quality photographs, we include a free detailed floorplan. Whilst taking photos, we will compile a plan of your home to be added to your online advert.

The plan helps buyers think about dimensions and how they can live in the property.
